Holly Cangiano

The 7th of eight children born to Terry and Rita Bell Holly was born and raised in Scarborough Ontario. Growing up in a home with only one shower, no television, and eight mouths to feed, Holly quickly developed keen negotiating skills.

Influenced by her fathers passion for travel and adventure Holly left home soon after graduating from Sir Oliver Mowat and moved west to Lake Louise, Alberta. After saving her money from working at the Chateau Lake Louise, Holly headed for Los Angles where she enjoyed touring the California coast on her motorcycle.

Ready to come home, Holly sold the motorcycle and returned to Ontario. She took a job as a waitress in the trendy Yorkville area of Toronto. It was during this time she was approached by an agent from the John Casablanca Modeling Agency,  who encouraged Holly to model.

Although enjoyable, Holly gave up modeling for a more stable life style when she was approached by the sales manager for ADT Canada.  With an offer and an opportunity she couldn’t refuse, Holly joined the ADT team and quickly became the top residential sales rep in Toronto.

In 1990 Holly married the love of her life, the handsome and charming John Cangiano and together they escaped the demanding lifestyle of the big city and moved to beautiful Trout Lake in North Bay. After the birth of her first child Holly launched into her radio career by taking a job with Pelmorex, at CHUR radio. Holly soon became the stations top sales rep with record breaking sales.

With fifteen years of radio sales experience, numerous sales achievement awards, as well as a Rogers North Bay Employee of the Year award, Holly currently supervises the sales team for 102 FM the Fox, 100.5 FM EZ rock and AM 600 CKAT.

She is a mother of three, and both Holly and her husband continue to enjoy traveling, skiing, golf, camping and time spent at the Trout Lake cottage with great friends and family.
