2011 FedNor Secondary School Business Plan Challenge.
This year's FedNor Secondary School Business Plan Challenge was extremely successful. This challenge, funded in part by both the federal and provincial governments, engages youth and introduces them to the world of entrepreneurship.


Marketing Plan Challenge
• 1st Place – Lona Price-Jones from Widdifield Secondary School won for her marketing plan “Ribbon Worthy Mobile Horse Show Grooming”, outlining a mobile grooming service.
• 2nd Place – Franceska Tremblay from École Secondaire Catholique Algonquin won for her marketing plan “Envie”, an online clothing design and sales company targeted towards young women.
• 3rd Place – Nikolas DeBernardi from École Secondaire Catholique Algonquin won for his marketing plan highlighting “Tables Iko”, a customized tennis table manufacturer.


Business Plan Challenge
• 1st Place – Robin Pelletier from École Secondaire Catholique Algonquin won for her business plan that covered “Kicking It in the Bay”, an all-inclusive summer soccer camp.
• 2nd Place – Patrick Gaudreault from École Secondaire Algonquin
• 3rd Place – Matthew Robinson from Chippewa Intermediate and Secondary School
